CTO at Sphinx

Graduating from the Computer Science Department at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hiep boasts over a decade of experience, excelling in leadership roles on substantial projects. He played a pivotal part in shaping strategies and devising product architecture, notably leading Vingroup's Technology Research and Development team and managing the KPMG project at FPT. He's contributed significantly to national projects like the DDMS System for Chip-embedded Citizen Identification, VNeID, Tax, Passport, and has been honored with a commemorative certificate from the Minister of Public Security of Vietnam. In addition, he's held strategic product director and product designer positions in diverse IT start-ups across various domains, including Car-Parking, Smart-Card, Logistics, and Healthcare.

Graduating from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, he amalgamated theoretical knowledge with practical expertise to forge a career marked by innovation and strategic foresight.

With a rich history of 14 years in the IT industry as a Software Service Center Director and Projects Manager at esteemed IT firms including FPT, Five9, etc, he has a profound understanding of this industry. Drawing upon this extensive experience, he decided to start his entrepreneurial journey, founding Devtopia, and now leading as the Co-Founder & CEO of SphinX. His visionary leadership and industry knowledge will continue to drive the company's success.
